Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your Grypmat products in their original box, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
